Our friend, cowboy poet and entertainer Red Steagall, has a fabulous saying, “Every once in a while, in your life you might need a doctor or a lawyer, but three times a day, seven days a week, you need a farmer or a rancher.”

Our commitment to beef, agriculture, ranching and rural living runs deep and we are honored to be a part of these industries. With Tom’s ranching experience and Lisa’s dairy farm, Low Country roots it’s only natural that we are dedicated to this lifestyle with very strong beef beliefs! It is our lifestyle, not just a career.

Beef is almost always the center of the plate at Perini Ranch Steakhouse and through the steakhouse we have had the opportunity to continue this lifestyle and be part of this community. Our partnerships and friendships with the Texas Beef Council, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and Certified Angus Beef have been rewarding and it is our pleasure to share this with our customers.
