Tom’s story is big and it is inspiring. What started with humble beginnings as a chuckwagon cook is now the quintessential Cowboy Chef serving Presidents, celebrities and you and me.
For 40 years Perini Ranch has been serving Real Texas Food and after a year-long celebration, we’re looking forward to many years to come!

9/11/2001: On this historic day, Perini Ranch prepared to cater the Congressional Picnic at the White House.
Perini Ranch Steakhouse returned to Washington, DC to finally cater the Congressional picnic.
The Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit was founded by Dr. Richard Becker, Tom Perini, and Fess Parker.
Lisa and Tom Perini traveled to Poland and Russia on behalf of the US Meat Export Federation and the Texas Beef Council to promote US Beef.
The Perini Ranch Guest Quarters opened.
Tom won "Best Burger" on the TODAY show in NYC.
