The Main House
Our "Main House" is a fully restored and renovated 1885 farmhouse, original to the Ranch. The Main House showcases the simplicity and charm that only Perini Ranch can achieve with all of the creature comforts of home and many modern amenities.
The Main House comfortably sleeps five and is ideal for two couples traveling together or a family. There are two bedrooms (one with king bed and daybed, second with queen bed). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with rain showers and is furnished with luxurious linens and bathrobes.

The Camp House
Our “Camp House,” located next to the Main House is a more recent addition to the Ranch. It was built with an authentic feel complete with all modern amenities.
The Camp House comfortably sleeps three. There is a king size bed in the main room and a daybed on the sleeping porch. Luxurious linens on both beds and bathrobes are provided.

Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in is any time after 3pm at Perini Ranch Steakhouse. When you arrive at the steakhouse, go inside and check in at the host stand. There you will receive your key, general information for your stay, and a copy of your receipt. Check-out is by 11am and all you need to do is leave your key on the table inside the house.
No one loves their pets more than us! However, for the safety of everyone, including the wildlife on the ranch, we do not allow pets at the Guest Quarters.
The sleeping porch is traditionally an outside or screened porch that accommodates guests. At the Camp House, it's an additional sleeping and sitting space. It has a twin bed and a table with two chairs. Our modern-day sleeping porch is fully enclosed and is both centrally heated and cooled. The windows do open for a cool breeze to flow through, if you time your visit just right.
Both houses have luxurious linens to promote a great night's sleep. We have Dish Network and WiFi available for your entertainment or work needs. The kitchen in each house has complimentary items for breakfast. Or you can enjoy a cooked-to-order breakfast, brunch, or lunch just down the road at The Gap Café.
The cancellation policy is 14 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night.
