Discover the rising stars of Texas viticulture as they compete with acclaimed wines from across the globe. This exclusive event offers a unique opportunity to compare and contrast, exploring the diverse terroir, winemaking techniques, and flavor profiles that make each region unique. Presented by Jessica Dupuy as we celebrate the art of winemaking and uncover the hidden gems of the Lone Star State. Followed by a delightful al fresco lunch.

Join us in honoring the legendary Chef Jacques Pépin, a cherished guest from the 2011 Summit. As we approach his 90th birthday on December 18, 2025, we join chefs and culinary enthusiasts nationwide in celebrating his enduring legacy and supporting the Jacques Pépin Foundation. Chef Bruno Davaillon, from the 2021 Summit, will craft a multi-course French dinner, complemented by exquisite wine pairings selected by Ben Aneff of Tribeca Wine Merchants.
